Verdict

These three-year-old handicaps can be tricky at this time of year. Charlie Hills has done well with limited runners on artificial surfaces this winter, including HEY FIDDLE FIDDLE, a decisive winner over the minimum trip when breaking his maiden at Wolverhampton in December. He seems fairly treated stepping back into handicap company and should have no problem with the extra furlong. Art Show is a tricky customer on what we've seen so far and seemed to take a thorough dislike to the Southwell Fibresand last time when a well beaten favourite. However, he retains claims off bottom weight if reproducing his fourth place behind Russian Ballet in a Kempton handicap in December. The remainder have some sort of chance with Dawn Lightning just preferred for the minor placing.
