        Verdict

        A trappy maiden here but something has to win and the principals look to be Castano, Royal Dagger and Wendy's Boy with the narrow vote going to Castano The selection setes a fair standard on his form of last season, looks sure to improve and with his yard in form he looks the one to be on. Royal Dagger rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Scarlet Oak but he will be handicapped after this run and that is where his future ay lie. Wendy;s Boy is another that could go well as he looks sure to be suited by the drop in trip and he will not be far away,. Of the remainder Ioweyou is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is more exposed than most and for the winner we return to Castano to small stakes.
