        Verdict

        Miss Kitty Grey, Cloud's End and PROGRESS could be the three to focus on here and the nod goes to the last-named. Jeremy Noseda has his horses in grand form and this Green Desert filly is capable of better than her well-held third to Rjeef in March. Given a break since and trying quick ground for the first time there is every reason to expect a better run today. Cloud's End must be of interest given her beating of Basle at Kempton last October has worked out fairly well; this Dubawi filly is open to more improvement and may have got in leniently on a mark of 75. Perfect Ch'I is falling down the weights but for good reason, Wishformore drops in grade after being outclassed at Thirsk on her handicap bow, whilst Al Khimaya should appreciate the return to this trip and is not ignored off her new mark of 70. Blue Again wasn't far behind her at Kempton and the stable are in good form, a comment that also applies to Gary Moore who saddles Red Yarn who is fitted with blinkers for the first time. Miss Kitty Grey won well at Yarmouth last time out but a 15lb higher mark looks like sour grapes from the handicapper after he had dropped her down the handicap previously. Not an easy race to call but preference is for Progress.

        Progress (IRE) 11-4 (8-8) Held up, hung left over 1f out, switched right ridden and kept on, never nearer, 3rd of 7, 5l behind Rjeef (9-4) at Lingfield 7f hcp 0-85 (4) pol in Mar.

        Wishformore (IRE) 28-1 (8-0) Held up in touch, pushed along 4f out, struggling to hold position when hampered over 2f out, soon behind, 8th of 9, 10l behind Gobama (8-0) at Thirsk 1m flls hcp 0-130 (3) gd.

        Al Khimiya (IRE) 14-1 (9-1) Tracked leader, ridden to challenge over 2f out, weakened approaching final furlong, 6th of 10, 6l behind R Woody (9-7) at Goodwood 6f 3yo hcp 0-75 (5) gd.

        Blue Again 4-1 (9-7) Took keen hold early, soon steadied towards rear, headway over 1f out, stayed on inside final furlong, never going pace to reach leaders, 5th of 13, 2l behind Al Khimiya (9-5) at Kempton 7f 3yo flls hcp 0-70 (5) pol.

        Red Yarn 50-1 (9-1) Mid-division, improved 3f out, soon ridden, beaten over 1f out, 7th of 15, 13l behind Lost In The Moment (9-5) at Newbury 1m 3yo hcp 0-75 (5) gf.

        Miss Kitty Grey (IRE) 9-4fav (8-8) Chased leaders disputing 4th, led well over 1f out, in command final furlong, ran on, won at Yarmouth 7f hcp 0-60 (6) gd beating Bold Diktator (9-7) by 2l, 10 ran.
