Verdict

Oasis Dancer had to dig deep to land his hat-trick in Listed company over 6f here last month. Runner-up Fratellino re-opposes, though he's disappointed since, and both may struggle up against a quartet of smart sprinters making their comeback. Borderlescott is one of those and the veteran sprinter will be hard to beat if at his best, while Medicean Man showed good progress last year and makes more appeal than Italian Group 3 winner Spirit Quartz, who has his first start for Robert Cowell. However, NOBLE STORM scored at Newbury on last season's reappearance and went on to win a Listed race at Haydock in May. He has a long absence to overcome but Ed McMahon will have him ready to go and he gets the nod.
