Verdict

Well beaten in Listed company in France last time, SWING ALONE beat Blue Wave when a runner-up here before that. Collateral form with the latter gives Gay Kelleway's charge the beating of Nautilus and he gets the vote. Nautilus should still figure though he's now 11lb higher than his latest win and Villa Royale is up another 5lb having scored over 2m at Wolverhampton. Scottish Star is chasing a hat-trick after a couple of victories at this track last month while Van Percy makes his all-weather debut and has the form on Turf to figure. He's preferred to Viewpoint and Polytrack regular Loyalty.
