Verdict

Pharoh Jake bids for a hat-trick after a couple of victories over 5f here earlier this month. However, he had 25 starts before finally getting his head in front and carries a penalty today. TEMPLE ROAD is just preferred as the lightly-raced four-year-old got his act together with a cosy win at Kempton last week, beating Valdaw and Hold The Star, and is taken to follow up. Doctor Hilary showed a bit more last time and Jonnie Skull pops up at this level occasionally but the unexposed Kerfuffle looks a bigger threat on her handicap debut.
