        Verdict

        MEDDLING managed to make all at a big price last month and as the former Sir Michael Stoute inmate could have been punished with a far greater rise than the 2lb she received for those labours, we are happy to be with Julia Fielden's filly again. Welsh Inlet had been notoriously tricky to catch right though she has begun to get her act together with a couple of victories at Salisbury and Brighton. Bold Ring needs little introduction to followers of racing at Lingfield Park and with Megan Carberry an eyecatching booking, she is now just 1lb higher than her last winning mark. Sonnetation is a previous C&D winner and she is sure to have come on for a couple of recent outings. Princess Spirit may just need to come down in the handicap before her turn in the winners enclosure comes around.
