Verdict

Silver Prelude is the pick in this sprint with Harry Up and Mondovi representing stiff opposition. The seven-year-old is always dangerous if escaping on the speed and having competed in much better grade than this in the past, he can make full use of the drop in class. Harry Up has been in good heart in claimers and has ran consistently in the main throughout the winter. Mondovi makes a British debut for Nicky Vaughan. She did have a fair sort in Forces Sweetheart behind during her last run at Baden Baden and could literally be anything. Fromsong goes back to five furlongs having campaigned over six of late. Merlin's Dancer has dropped through the weights after a string of modest runs. Silver Prelude is not without questions to answer but she could be a fair price against rivals in a similar position.
