Verdict

LABIENUS had plenty in had when winning his maiden over today's trip on the Polytrack here last month. Further progress looks likely and David Lanigan's colt is preferred to Bornean, a close-up fourth at Doncaster in June but a disappointing favourite at Brighton last time. Danz Choice has won a couple of these events, but over the minimum trip, and Club House also steps up in distance off what looks a high enough mark. Hoarding and Frege may be capable of better on their handicap debuts and could prove best of the rest.
