Frederic Chopin started favourite over a similar trip at Warwick last month but weakened in the closing stages. He's been climbing the handicap, despite not winning. Snow Conditions was second at Kempton on his penultimate start and has claims on that run, though looks closely matched with Roman Riches. Coastal Storm ran a little better last time. LOCHALSH was still beaten more than 12 lengths when third at Salisbury but ground conditions that day exaggerated distances.
