Tous Les Deux has improved with each of his last four starts and, finishing a creditable second at Wolverhampton last time, and gets the vote to go one better here, with the main threats rated as Fromsong and Quality Street. The last mentioned has been running consistently well on the all-weather of late but may just be a shade high in the weights so looks booked for a place at best. Marko Jadeo has slipped to a fair mark but is on a long losing sequence and is hard to back with confidence on recent evidence. John Best's Everygrainofsand is less exposed than most of these and could be of interest, while Romany Nights may do better now returned to the Polytrack. Fromsong comes into this in good order and has to be respected but may be better over the minimum trip and preference is for Tous Les Deux who looks to be going the right way.
