    Verdict

NUFOOTH appears well drawn against the stands' rail and looks the one to beat in the auction maiden after a couple of decent runs in better contests at Doncaster and Newmarket. Paddys Motorbike found the company too hot at Salisbury after an encouraging debut at Chepstow and should also find this a bit easier while Red Rebel looked more the finished article at Sandown after running green on his introduction at Goodwood. Unless one of the newcomers proves above average, it's difficult to see many others getting involved.
