        In depth

        Verdict

        Swing Alone was well backed to score over 1m2f here three weeks ago and duly obliged. But he's yet to race over this far while Blue Wave has been raised a further 10lb for his recent win at Southwell and is now 16lb higher than when scoring over track and trip earlier. GRENDISAR didn't stay 2m here last time but had ran well behind Castillo Del Diablo and Modernstone in a couple of earlier outings over course and distance and he should be bang there at the finish in this lesser grade. Royal Alcor and Mawaakef have a bit to find with the selection and Stevie Thunder has struggled off higher marks since scoring at Kempton in November.
