Eight Till Late wasn't beaten far by Chancol in December and wouldn't need to improve much to get involved here. The Herds Garden looked certain to win a race soon but didn't appreciate testing ground at Navan last time. Vedettariat ran well behind Lord Scoundrel at Clonmel but was well beaten when strongly supported here earlier this month. ROAMING WILD made a very encouraging debut in a Gowran maiden a year ago and, though the fact that she hasn't run since is a concern, that form would be good enough for this. The newcomer Forgeside is one to note in the betting.
