In depth

Verdict

After making a winning handicap debut at Gowran, WOOLY TOM went to Ballinrobe on Tuesday with a favourite's chance but was possibly a bit unlucky behind Miradane as his path was blocked when challenging. He's turned out quickly on the same mark and compensation awaits. Khan Tengri gained his first success on his 19th career start at Tipperary on Sunday and is still lowly weighted despite a penalty but Tinas Exhibition can't get her head in front and again looked one-paced at Sligo last time. Renoyr normally races over further but appeared to be suited by dropping back in trip at Killarney last week and a repeat of his close second to Clara More would see him go close.
