Verdict

BOXER BEAT was raised 9lb after landing a handicap over fences in comfortable style at Killarney last week so it's hardly surprising that connections have opted for a run over hurdles where he's 7lb lower. He can continue his good form though Rock County is performing with credit and again ran well at Ballinrobe on Tuesday. The consistent City Line can't get his head in front over timber and could do with a drop in the ratings but Wot A Shot put in an improved effort at Perth and is almost certainly capable of better.
