In depth

Verdict

Jim Bolger has won this three times including with Teofilo and New Approach and GRAFELLI will be a warm order to emulate that high-class pair. He could hardly have been more impressive when beating Hard Yards by over 6l in the Group 3 Anglesey Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday and it will be a surprise if he can't follow-up. Aidan O'Brien had the favourite in Sunday's race so should know how he stands but both Lines Of Battle, a fair sixth behind Bolger's Dawn Approach in the Coventry Stakes, and Limerick maiden winner Kingston Jamaica, will need to improve to take on the selection. Reglisse easily won a maiden over the C&D but couldn't quite handle the step-up to this grade here a week ago and Ella's Kitten was never involved on his debut on the track.
