Verdict

NEOPHILIA defied a 5lb rise for her Gowran success when scoring comfortably on this track then very nearly overcame a massive 12lb extra at Killarney last week where she was caught on the line over 1m4f. She's up another 3lb but Jim Bolger wouldn't be running her again so quickly unless he thought she was capable of getting back on the winning trail. Pivot Bridge was running poorly over hurdles when last seen earlier this year but has some decent form on the Flat and Colin Keane's presence in the saddle is a bonus. Castle Guest ran his best race for a long time at Killarney last week and a repeat would see him in the frame and though Pim Street is held by the selection on Gowran running that was her first start in a handicap and she can get closer.
