Verdict

EALAIN AIBREAN was well supported for her debut at Dundalk but so was the winner, Najm Suhail, who is highly regarded. The pair pulled well clear of their rivals, who included Udogo, and the form should be good enough for this. Heart Focus couldn't cope with the long odds-on Coach House at Tipperary but it was a fair start and with more to come she should go close while Sacred Aspect was by no means disgraced in what looked a strong maiden over the course and distance a month ago. The market should prove a guide to the chances of several well-connected newcomers.
