Verdict

Elusive Hawk was touched off over 6f at Yarmouth last time and is sure to be popular in this. Tunnager Grove got off the mark in a C&D seller earlier this month and could be improving while Eastern Hills is usually thereabouts in this grade and Desert Creek has been knocking on the door in similar company of late. The lightly-raced Hooligan Sean and last month's Catterick winner Hoppy's Flyer are others to note and Ginger Ted could hardly arrive in better form, though now has a double penalty after Saturday's win at Wolverhampton. The top weight used to be trained by Richard Guest who has TED'S BROTHER in this off a very decent mark. He's 7lb lower than when successful at Doncaster around this time last year and has an accomplished amateur on board today. The four-year-old gets the nod.
