An interesting maiden ends proceedings here and it should prove to be a bit of a mix and match affair. Debutant Russian Jar makes some appeal and Walter Swinburn's Zouk is expected to do well but our selection goes the way of BOMBER BROWN. The colt was a beaten favourite last time but put in a solid performance. He never looked entirely comfortable when setting the pace, but should find things a lot easier here. His yard are in great form of late and the four year old looks capable of continuing that trend. Russian Jar makes his debut today and represents the yard of Michael Jarvis. Zouk ran with credit in defeat last time, it was a solid effort in only his second outing and he should have come on for the run.
