In depth

Verdict

AEROPLANE is something of a standing dish in plating events and whilst his record on the turf does not match his exploits on the artificial surfaces; he is worth another chance. Dickie Le Davoir is a course-and-distance scorer who would have a chance if he consents to get away on terms. C'Mon You Irons, who is not to be confused with a similarly named runner, earlier on in the card, won a very weak event last time out and is up against stronger opposition on a follow up bid. Cape Melody is interesting on a drop in grade whilst Daddy's Gift has place claims if running up to the pick of her recent form in plating company.
