Verdict

Some promising types here and it will be interesting to see how Baby Shine fares on her hurdling debut. A winning point-to-pointer and bumper, she's bred for this job and will be primed for her opening run. Combustible Lady has a double penalty and her latest run at Kempton should be ignored as she found 3m1f much too far while the Clonmel winner A Little Swifter can do better than she showed at Fontwell. Zahirah Moon looked suited by 2m5f when scoring at Ludlow but it's TEMPEST RIVER who gets the vote. Ben Case's mare won a Listed bumper at Aintree in April and, after racing over longer trips, easily justified short odds to lose her maiden tag over timber at Hereford.
