Verdict

Quick Fix is still a maiden over fences and must be forgiven a poor effort at Huntingdon when last seen. But he has ability and could figure if the rest has revived him. Randjo bounced back from being pulled up behind Guns Of Love at Taunton by winning by 20 lengths at Fontwell. Victor Dartnall's enigmatic front-runner is 13lb higher here, however, and may struggle to reverse earlier form with the more consistent bottom weight. Coach Lane doesn't look the force of old and Devils River beat him on worse terms at Towcester last spring so the vote goes to BASEBALL TED. Charlie Longsdon's charge isn't badly handicapped on his best form and is likely to appreciate this better ground.
