Verdict

Frankie Dettori prefers ROAYH to Greek Islands and Battle Of Britain so that seems a reasonable place to start with Place And Chips, Right Said Fred and Elusivity amongst the interesting newcomers. Battle Of Britain shaped quite well at Yarmouth but he is passed over by Dettori in favour of Roayh who ran very green at Nottingham. The yard is enduring a quiet time so he couldn't be backed with confidence but the son of Speightstown still receives the tentative nod. Beacon Hill can be expected to improve on his debut but some of the newcomers may be of more interest with Richard Hannon's Elusivity an obvious starting point. Ralph Beckett's juveniles are also getting into gear so Right Said Fred (a gelded son of Holy Roman Emperor who looks the part on paper) enters calculations along with Place And Chips whose pedigree is all about speed whilst Fantasy Fry is also related to a juvenile winner. There's plenty of interest, therefore, and Roayh's selection is only tentative with the yard's form a concern.
