Verdict

CARCINETTO is the confident pick to land this fillies stakes with Max One Two Three and Qalahari posing as the obvious dangers. The selection has caught the eye in both of her last two starts finishing second of ten on her penultimate run at Nottingham before finishing a fair fourth behind Ponty Rossa at Ripon. She comes into this race in fine spirits and if reproducing her recent form she will take all the beating. Max One Two Three was good enough to win a listed contest as a two year old but disappointed on her only run at three last year. She has run a couple of fair races this season but it does look that she had failed to train on from her two year old days so should be treated with caution. Qalahari broke her maiden at Bath last July and looked to be an improver, but she failed to live up to expectations on her seasonal reappearance at Lingfield when tried against listed company. That said she may fare better in this grade so warrants respect, however Carcinetto looks the form pick and is given the vote to get her head in front.
