Verdict

It's hardly surprising that Paul Deegan is running FLAWLESS FILLY so quickly under a penalty after her victory at Ballinrobe on Monday. She's been improving with every run and was conceding 18lb to the runner-up so tonight's task looks well within her capabilities. Campestral Scene has yet to win a race but produced a strong performance at Dundalk last time and has shown potential on Turf. He looks the main threat as Longfield Lad has yet to prove he stays this far though Athenaire is a possible improver on her handicap debut as she showed some promise at Limerick in June before a poor run on Polytrack.
