Verdict

Adelana greatly improved on her debut run to finish a good third behind Ballybacka Queen at Tipperary but has over 3l to find with runner-up CHICAGO GIRL. Johnny Murtagh's filly was also showing massive improvement from her debut and further progress should see her home. Represent Yourself looked in need of this trip when staying on at one pace over 7f at Roscommon but Trikala could prove more of a threat. She couldn't handle heavy ground at Galway and was beaten 10l into second but her earlier efforts showed plenty of potential and it will be a surprise if she's not there at the finish.
