Verdict

Master Marvel is one of only two previous C&D winners in this and isn't badly treated on his best form, though recent efforts don't inspire much confidence. Secret Hero has to go on the short-list, however, having won at Bellewstown last week. He can again get the better of Blue Eyed Miss and Jeangeorges. Liberty To Rock isn't without a chance but TRES FROIDE is only 4lb higher than when scoring at Listowel in June and hasn't been disgraced in subsequent starts. The six-year-old can hit the winning trail again here, though Lansdowne is proving consistent and shouldn't be far away again.
