Verdict

MAGIC SPEAR is comfortably the pick of those with experience having been narrowly beaten by Ted Veale on his debut at Leopardstown before a slightly disappointing effort at Navan in March. He's with the right yard to make progress and should be good enough to gain his first success. Pollywollydoodle ran quite well behind Mister Nibbles at Down Royal and will improve for the run as will Dreams To Remember, who showed up well for a long way in what looked a decent event at Kilbeggan. Touch The Wind wasn't beaten far on his debut between the flags at Dromahane in May and is likely to do better with Henry De Bromhead.
