Verdict

LEAGUE OF NATIONS attempted to make all at Navan but was caught in the closing stages over that 1m2f trip. This should prove ideal and he can lead all the way. Lake Louise is 12lb higher than when last successful but has generally run well and won't go down without a fight. Henry Higgins hasn't really got his act together and would prefer better ground while Silky Pyrus was beaten 9l into second at Cork though that was over 1m4f. Kiss Goodnight looked as though she needed further when staying on over this trip at Gowran last month.
