Verdict

Jessica Harrington complicates matters by saddling Tango Knight and Ardnavalley, who both improved when stepped up in trip last time. The latter just gets the nod over her stablemate as she was having only her second start when a fine second to Waterloo Chateau over 2m4f at Roscommon, staying on at the finish. Queen Of Hardship has run a couple of decent races over the minimum trip and she should appreciate the longer distance here but MILLROCK LADY is taken to lose her maiden tag at last. Gordon Elliott's mare was an odds-on chance when runner-up to Niamh's Way at Perth and was again well fancied when third behind Nodouraboura in what looked a stronger event than this at Cork.
