In depth

Verdict

Captain Von Trappe looked a nice prospect when scoring at Naas in March but made too many mistakes in a tough Fairyhouse handicap later. Winning point-to-pointer Duckweed is doing well over hurdles and may have beaten Bitsandpieces at Tipperary but for a last-flight error so she has to be considered. NICKNAME EXIT had no problems beating subsequent winner Master Appeal at Clonmel and though that was over the minimum trip he's been narrowly beaten in a pointo-point so should have no problems with the trip. Ballyboker Bridge is a chaser who fell when there with a chance in the La Touche Cup at Punchestown.
