In depth

Verdict

Colin Bowe introduces a potentially nice prospect in Askanna, a dual winner between the flags including a convincing success at Templemore last month. As ever in these events, Willie Mullins is probably the man to follow and his newcomer ROSETIEPY is out of a mare who won three French 'bumpers' and should be ready for this. Lisryan was unfancied at Limerick a couple of weeks ago but was noted making good late headway and should go well while Brightsideoflife produced a decent effort on good ground at Listowel before floundering in the Galway mud. Vote For Doodle and Butlers Glen have both done enough to suggest they could snatch a place at least in an interesting bumper.
