Verdict

A host of all-weather regulars return to this surface having struggled on Turf of late. True To Form is one of them but he never figured in last year's renewal but the likes of Verse Of Love, Come On Blue Chip and Chapter And Verse are all capable of going close on their day. Atlantis Crossing is yet another with claims on his return from a lay-off but Sea Shanty makes his Polytrack debut off a 7lb higher mark than when winning at Sandown back in May. Chookie Royale carries a penalty for his recent win over 7f here so UPPERCUT is preferred. He was only beaten a head at Newmarket last time but scored over track and trip before that and gets the nod reunited with winning partner Robert Tart.
