        Verdict

Mr Cellophane is taken to land this at the expense of Monashee Prince and Obe Royal. The selection has been a model of consistency this season and has caught the eye on each of his last two runs. His latest performance when second to Count Ceprano over a furlong further was a fair effort and he is equally as effective over this shorter trip so is one horse to stay the right side of. Monashee Prince has proven form around this course and has been running well of late also. Having said that he was a little below par when fourth of eight at Lingfield last time out so a little caution should be applied while studying the form. Obe Royal was a winner at Wolverhampton last month and has since run with credit but the handicapper may well have a hold of him at present so is best watched for the time being. So for the winner we return to Mr Cellophane.
