    Verdict

Clear Praise is 5lb higher than when landing this race last year and finished upsides Whaileyy with Taajub and Local Singer behind when seventh at Lingfield on New Year's Eve. Both Titus Gent and Earlsmedic have claims on their best recent form, but the speculative vote goes to REQUISITE. She didn't fare too badly despite facing a tough task in a Listed event at Deauville last time and had Dasho and Lujeanie behind when third at Wolverhampton last month to Woolfall Sovereign. The latter has won another couple of races since then and Ian Woods' mare looks up to scoring off her current mark.
