Verdict

Transformer had run poorly over timber before returning to the Flat in good style and scoring at Lingfield on Saturday. A penalty makes this tougher as the opposition here is stronger. Home is on a fair mark but stays extreme distances and may find this on the short side. Cabuchon however, who makes his handicap debut, ran quite well here last month before struggling on Fibresand last time. RAMORA scored over the trip at Southwell in September and is now back on the same mark. She's performed well here in the past and should give a good account at a fair price. The maiden Wasara is progressing well enough to also be considered along with Beat Route, a winner over 1m3f here last March from a 1lb higher mark.
