Verdict

TAKE COVER picked-up where he left off last season with a victory on his return to action at Haydock. Three times a winner at Southwell last year, he remains unbeaten and is worth sticking with as he steps up in trip. Shifting Star has every chance in this grade and so does C&D winner Chapter And Verse after going close here last week when Rio Grande finished a couple of lengths behind. Numeral is another winner over track and trip capable of a bold bid with Ryan Moore on board while Shahzan remains unexposed and may finish closer.
