Verdict

MR MAYNARD is related to a host of winners and ran on well for sixth on his debut at Sandown despite being sent off a big price. He looks up to landing this with improvement likely. Star Kingdom ran as though today's extra furlong would suit when fifth at Windsor on his debut and Derfenna Art is another likely to come on for his first start at the same track. Godolphin newcomer Muntasir has a couple of winning relatives and Sholaan's half-sister is a Group 3 winner, but Kiwayu may need longer trips to show his best as his dam is a sister to St Leger hero Milan.
