In depth

Verdict

Tous Les Deux and Haulit were both placed over 1m2f on their latest starts and would have a chance if repeating the same level of form back over a shorter trip. Poppy Golightly continues her slide down the weights and may be capable of better stepping up to a mile for the first time, but a chance is taken on KATMAI RIVER. He threw in a bad one last time but gave the impression a return to the winners' enclosure was imminent when going close in a couple of starts at Wolverhampton last month. Mark Usher's charge can take this if back to his best.
