Verdict

This looks an open affair with the likes of Rasselas, Zip Lock, Young Dottie and Chilli Green all capable of getting involved on their best form. Alhaban has arguably the best piece of recent form when not beaten far in a Listed event over C&D last month, but he has a poor draw for one who likes to race prominently. JAKE THE SNAKE is also badly drawn but it should be less of an imposition for him as has to be held up. Tony Carroll's charge has won six times at this track and was beaten only a nose over 7f last time - he can compensate for that unlucky defeat here.
