Verdict

The trio for the shortlist in the nightcap are GIFTED HEIR, Djalalabad and Signora Frasi, and we will side with Gifted Heir as the pick. The selection won well last week when he got the better of Herbert Crescent at Wolverhampton. He won with a bit in hand that day and in his current form he could be capable of a quick follow-up success. Djalalabad is back on a competitive mark and she hinted that her turn would not be far away over this course and distance last week. Signora Frasi has relatively few miles on the clock and she saw out this trip well enough at Yarmouth on her last outing. She could be worth another chance, although she will need to find a bit of improvement to get her head in front. The draw is a negative for Party In The Park, while Just Jimmy appears to have gone off the boil. This looks a good opportunity for Gifted Heir who can win again.
