Verdict

SISTER EARTH is given the narrow vote to get the better of Gay Mirage and the newcomer Affinity. The selection showed real promise on his only start last season after finishing third at Wolverhampton. He ran very green that day as can be expected on his debut and he is sure to have been well prepared for his seasonal reappearance so is worth siding with. Gay Mirage has shown enough in his two runs to suggest he is good enough to win races. He looked in need of his seasonal reappearance and will strip fitter this time around. Newcomer Affinity is a well bred filly coming from a well respected yard. She is sure to have been well prepared for her debut and the betting market will be the best guide to her chances. Sister Earth comes from a top stable and should not be far away come the business end of the race.
