VASTLY was unfancied for his belated debut over a mile here but showed plenty of promise when only beaten a length. A half-brother to Group 2 winner Await The Dawn among others, Julia Feilden's charge gets the nod. Jullundar made the frame in all six starts last year and connections will be hoping a 7lb claimer will help on his reappearance while others likely to show improvement include the Gosden inmate Punditry, who finished ahead of Early One Morning on his debut, Sam Spade and Spillway.
