Verdict

It is hard to get way from KING'S HEAD in this claimer and he is confidently nominated over Quince and Bernabeu. The selection won with plenty in hand here last time and he looks a stand-out bet to make it back-to-back successes. This extra furlong will not be a problem and it will be a surprise if he gets turned over. Quince finished behind our selection last time out and on these terms there is no reason to suspect that the roles will be reversed today. Bernabeu was only beaten a neck here last time out and he pulled too hard in that race, so if he can settle better today then he could be a leading player. The yard are very shrewd so any market support could be significant. Cossack Prince looks the best of the others, but he was a big disappointment at Lingfield last time and it makes sense to stick with King's Head who looks a stand-out bet.
