Verdict

EJAAB will need to be decent to concede at least 4lb to his rivals but the feeling is that he is capable of doing so; Seeking Dubai may give him most to do. The selection made a pleasing debut at Newmarket behind High Spice, a race that has worked out exceedingly well. He was then able to take advantage of a suicidal pace set by Makbullet and a rival at Catterick but with that form since being franked as well it is hard to say whether a mark of 81 is too high. If it isn't, then he should run a big race. Seeking Dubai was a comfortable winner at Windsor earlier this month and his dam is related to several runners who improved markedly with age, whilst Deloria and Royal Box have both shown plenty of tenacity and a will to win which should see both recent winners well in the future. Tucker's Law belied his big odds to run well last time out at the track, whilst Point To Prove is dropping down the weights but should find this extra furlong very much in his favour and cannot be overlooked. An open heat, but the feeling is that Ejaab should take all the beating.
