Verdict

Kavaloti has a decent record over this C&D and will have needed his comeback run at Lingfield - he makes more appeal than stablemate Kahre. Not Til Monday may be too high in the weights now but a case can be made for the likes of American Spin, Shalambar, Brilliant Barca and Dance For Livvy who have all been in action over jumps recently. RASHEED beat the latter over 1m4f here in December before finishing third in a better race on Boxing Day. He'll have to settle better if he's to last home over this extra half-mile but his half-brother, Alambic, stayed well so John Gosden's gelding is taken to resume winning ways.
