Brian Sprout was beaten only a head over C&D in November despite having to race wide and has every chance of losing his maiden tag today exiting a more favourable draw. However, AVONVALLEY tumbled down the weights last year and she makes more appeal as this is no tougher than the three plating races she won in 2010. Lisselton Cross is another who has yet to win a race though he looks to have decent place claims, while Porthgwidden Beach is 4lb lower than when registering her only win to date over track and trip in September. However, it's hard to make a serious case for any of the remainder.
