      Verdict

      Only a head separated Albonny and Songsmith when the former scored over track and trip a fortnight ago. Takeitfromalady scored by the same winning distance over 2m at Lingfield last month and Silver Mountain landed a double at the same track back in March. Four Nations has won twice at Wolverhampton this year, including a handicap over a slightly longer trip, but the Shirocco filly GALE FORCE puts her stamina to the test after finishing a decent second over 1m4f on her reappearance at Goodwood. James Fanhsawe's charge may well be good enough and gets the vote.
